Save file corrupted.

So I was playing for 11 hours. Just got to the point where I got the A level access card. Grabbed the first two gears.

When I hit a save pedestal, I got the following message:

"Failed to save game.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Now my save file is corrupt apparently and I have to start from scratch (which I really don't care to).
