Just keep it with the music, the main thing i could suggest would be try to avoid hard to hit patterns (left, down, right) (right, up, left). Also don't throw hands in everywhere (3 / 4 arrows at once). I would also suggest putting jumps on similar notes (4th notes, or 8th notes), i.e. if you plan on putting in jump streams (1 arrow, 2 arrows, 1 arrow, 1 arrow, 1 arrow, 2 arrows at a quick pace (or something of that variety)). That's really about all I can think of at the moment.
