Hey Selene!

Today's stream can be found here, while Twitch keeps it alive:

And the first stream is only the Timelapse linked earlier. Sorry!

But there will not be anyone to chat with when watching past broadcasts.

Another Livestream today at 1pm PST! This week I'll be working on the inventory screens of the game. It'll start out with art and then likely move into code work as I put the art into the game. Whoo!

Hey Bodie how long are the streams available after you stop streaming? I won't ever be able to watch one because of the timing but am curious if I wake up a little early I can still watch it. Thanks :D

Hey Gareth! Past streams are up for a max of 3 weeks I believe. You can catch the last two weeks here:

Awesome thank you! I saved the page so I can watch them from here out. Its really interesting watching it and seeing the details of how a game is made. It gives me a whole new appreciation on the work people put in to make games. I am curious about something. When you are designing something are you watching mostly the whole picture, the small detailed picture on the right, or back and forth between them? It was something that I noticed and was wondering about.

Hey Gareth, good question :D I use them both equally. The main section, that's zoomed in, I use to effectively pixel-push. The smaller preview window in the corner is to see what the sprite looks like from a 'normal distance'- what it would look like in game. I have to zoom in so much in order to make it easier for me to pick out specific pixels. When I'm zoomed out it takes too much dexterity to actually draw precisely. My eye is likely hopping between the two frequently.
